Service Agreement
At Chavez Websites, we value your time and investment. These clear terms guarantee a professional, prompt, and transparent process. Making your initial deposit confirms agreement to these terms.
1. Payment Structure & Accepted Methods
To initiate work on your custom website project, we operate under a transparent 50% / 50% milestone payment structure:
- 50% Deposit: Required upfront to begin design, content structuring, and initial development.
- 50% Final Balance: Due upon project completion, review, and final approval before domain transfer or launch.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- ACH Bank Transfer: Direct electronic bank transfer (0% additional processing fee).
- Online Card Payment Link: Secure credit/debit card link (subject to a standard 3% card processing fee).
2. Kickoff and Delivery Timelines
Development turnaround times (e.g., 48 business hours for Starter Site) start counting down only after the 50% deposit is paid and the client has uploaded all project photos, text content, and logos to the shared drive.
3. Revision Rounds
All projects include two (2) rounds of adjustments after the functional draft is presented to consolidate feedback and edits cleanly.
4. 100% Code & Asset Ownership
Upon payment of the final balance, you own 100% of your website code, design assets, and files. No lock-ins or monthly rental traps.
